We met our general contractor (Dennis) at the property and marked the location of the driveway, house site, and septic field. This photo shows the 50' frontage at the cul-de-sac, with the center of the what will be the 14'-wide driveway marked with orange paint.
Mike, Louise, and daughter Miranda marked trees to be removed from the observatory area. Mike sighted through a theodolite set to 30° to identify the too-tall trees, then Louise and Miranda sprayed orange marking paint on them.
